Join us for a Friday evening with the Medicine of Dance, Cacao, and Music. We gather to consciously celebrate life – in movement, in music, in presence. We create a space where dance becomes a prayer of the body, music a pathway to the heart, and the tribe a mirror in which we see one another through the heart.
The Cacao Ceremony will be a shared celebration — Cacao has been known for centuries as a medicine of the heart, supporting openness, connection, integration, and authenticity. Called “the drink of the gods,” ceremonial cacao has profound heart-opening qualities and supports our inner process. It helps us connect with our emotions, feel gratitude, gentleness, compassion, and love — for ourselves and for the world. It works gently yet deeply, tenderly inviting us to open and return to what is real and authentic in us.

A warm-up rooted in the free flow of movement — in relationship with space, the floor and another person.
Through embodied awareness you’ll gain tools for better physical communication and coordination. We will draw inspiration from nature: the softness of a cat, the agility of a lizard, the multidirectional fluidity of an octopus, the elasticity of a snake, and the wave-like motion of seaweed. We’ll step into the realm of primal instincts, awakening organic, spontaneous movement that expands the physical capacities of your body. You’ll explore diverse acrobatic forms that open new perspectives in partnering — or in solo exploration.
Sound Healing: ✨ Deep Relaxation — Sound Journey & Concert ✨
To close the evening, we invite you on a unique inward journey — a 20-minute sound concert by Mariola Rusinek, marking the finale of the Ecstatic Dance.
It will be a space of deep relaxation and inner harmony — sounds resonating through every cell of your body will release tension, balance emotions and restore tranquility.
The entire session will be played in 432 Hz, a frequency that supports the natural rhythm of the heart and a sense of safety.
🌿 You will also be accompanied by the gentle aromas of carefully selected essential oils, enhancing relaxation and emotional balance.
Practiced all over the world, Ecstatic Dance helps break old patterns, unite as a tribe, reconnect with our roots, and release emotions.
It is a dance of returning to yourself — to the body, to the present moment, to the heart.
To keep this space clear and sacred, we follow three simple guidelines:

She also works with Sacred Plants in the African tradition, approaching them as wise teachers and guides on the path of profound transformation — a journey that calls us into authentic truth, inner wisdom and deeper alignment with Nature.
Atma has taken part in numerous shamanic trainings, exploring diverse traditions of healing and energy work.
She has also completed Levels 1 and 2 of the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), which gave her deeper insight into how energy, the body and eros influence transformative processes. In her work as a holistic therapist, she draws on tools for working with trauma and cellular memory, including EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, which support gentle processes of emotional healing. She integrates energetic, somatic, and spiritual approaches, creating space for deep transformation on the levels of body, mind, and soul.
The Cacao ceremonies she offers are the fruit of her personal journey with this plant – inspired both by her own experience and by the teachings she received from indigenous Mayan elders.
In her space, Cacao becomes a medicine of the heart – opening the way to authenticity, presence, and gentle transformation.
Tomek Jimmy Kowalski
Dance educator, photographer, traveler and facilitator of non-formal education.
Graduate of the Academy of Music in Łódź (BA in Choreography and Dance Techniques) and MA studies in Somatics in Dance and Therapy.
He explores and develops within the fields of contact improvisation, contemporary dance, physical theatre, traditional dance and breakdance.
Creator of the Harmony Art concept — an approach that merges dance, spiritual development, film and photography, drawing art from the surrounding world while maintaining harmony between the creator, the receiver and the form.
Kowalski brings this vision to life through workshops, artistic projects, writing and community initiatives.
He continues to grow both in Poland and abroad (including Portugal, Germany, Spain, Greece, France, the UK, New Zealand, Guatemala), collaborating with theatres, organisations and artists such as Teatr Chorea, Rosanna Gamson, Arte Ego Foundation, Escola Superior de Dança, Helen Poynor and the Ma-Uri Institute.
